Affinion Group, a Stamford-based provider of loyalty and customer engagement products, has rebranded itself as cxLoyalty.
According to the company, the new brand “speaks to the company’s focus on unparalleled customer experiences that drive brand advocacy, and lead to loyalty.” The newly christened cxLoyalty will continue Affinion Group’s focus of creating and administering loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies for the financial services, retail, e-commerce, travel, hospitality and telecommunications industries, according to a press release.
