200 Greenwich Ave., a 62,850-square-foot mixed-used retail and office property in Greenwich, has sold for $67 million.

The 3-story property was built in 1988 and is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue on the ground floor, which recently signed a long-term lease and expanded from its longstanding store directly across the street. The real estate brokerage Compass occupies the majority of the property’s office space, while other retail tenants include Sweaty Betty, Fjallraven and Vilebrequin.

Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin, Jeremy Neuer and Travis Langer of CBRE’s National Retail Partners represented the owner, 200 Greenwich Avenue LLC, in the sale and also procured the buyer, Kensico Properties of New York City.
