The P&Z commission is expected to review the application later this month. If approved, the building would hold four tenants, the largest of which – Lawn Doctor LLC – would occupy 3,000 square feet of commercial space and 800 square feet of office space. Three other spaces of 1,500 square feet each would also be available. The single-story structure would have two driveways and 26 parking spaces.
