A peek at artful designs

Our March issue is dedicated to “Fascinating Designs,” and so it is filled with features devoted to design in all its forms.

I was reminded of our theme when recently scrolling through the revamped website for Artrider Productions, the producer of contemporary craft and art shows in our region.

I was struck at the artful quality of the redesign, a stylish refreshing of what had been an already attractive site. Check it out.

And, of course, that online visit reminded me that Spring Crafts at Lyndhurst will be here before we know it, so you may want to save the dates of May 3 through 5.

That’s when some 300 artists, designers and artisans will again be showcasing their work at booths filling the grounds of the Tarrytown mansion. The event also features demonstrations and workshops, gourmet foods and tastings and children’s activities.
