A former presidential candidate is coming to the Westchester County Center to speak about issues affecting senior citizens.
U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand will speak at the County Center in White Plains on Thursday, Oct. 10.
Will impeachment come up? It's not planned but who knows what questions will be asked by the audience beyond health care, housing and the economy.
County Executive George Latimer is expected to introduce Gillibrand at the town hall-style gathering.
All are welcome to attend the town hall. There will be a free breakfast offered and an 8:30 a.m. forum on senior housing before the 10:15 a.m. town hall.
Space in the Center's Little Theatre is limited, so RSVPs are recommended. The public can reserve a spot in advance by clicking here. Admission will be first come, first served.
Public parking is available on-site at the County Center West and East parking lots near 198 Central Ave. in White Plains.
