Kirby Aisner & Curley LLP has opened as Westchester’s newest women-owned law firm.

Located at 700 Post Road in Scarsdale, the firm focuses on corporate and individual clients, with expertise ranging from real estate, technology, health care and bankruptcy. The firm’s founders – Dawn Kirby, Erica Aisner and Julie Cvek Curley – were former partners at DelBello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr LLP. The firm will focus on clients in Westchester, New York City, Long Island, Rockland County and the lower Hudson Valley.

“We offer outside general counsel services for small to medium-size businesses that have varying legal needs but not the means to hire exclusive counsel in-house,” said Curley. “Our experience includes handling the unique challenges that business owners face when business and personal affairs are intertwined. We offer the guidance and protection our clients require, which allows them to focus on growing and prospering.”
